Best Villas in Nueva Andalucía
Nueva Andalucía sits directly west of Marbella, flanked by three championship golf courses and less than 2 km from Puerto Banús marina. A private villa to rent here means your own pool, kitchen and pace, at a per-head cost that undercuts a hotel room in peak season. The shortlist below covers the strongest pick by group type, with all seven reviewed in full underneath – tap any for live rates.

Why Golf Valley
Nueva Andalucía is compact enough to walk to Puerto Banús from the right villa, play a different golf course every morning for three days, and still reach Marbella Old Town in 15 minutes. It is not the cheapest part of the Costa del Sol and is not trying to be.
The trade-off against a hotel is straightforward. You lose the lobby, the concierge and the breakfast buffet; you gain a private pool, a full kitchen and a terrace that belongs to your group alone. For 8–12 people travelling together – or a long-term stay – that trade makes sense every time.
Villa Casa La Concha
Casa La Concha looks out over the 12th fairway of Las Brisas Golf, with La Concha mountain changing colour behind it. It is the most consistently reviewed villa here and the one that works for the widest range of groups – golfers, families and mixed parties who want the best address in Golf Valley.
Six doubles, a terrace built for 12 with a gas BBQ, and a heated pool on request. Puerto Banús beach is fifteen minutes on foot, supermarkets five.
Luxury Villa Nueva Andalucía
Gated community, 24-hour access, a properly equipped gym and SONOS throughout. Some villas claim luxury; this one has the infrastructure – a high-end kitchen, open-plan living that opens to the pool terrace, quality linen. At ~€900/night for 10 that is ~€90 a head, less than a standard Marbella hotel room in summer. The four-night minimum is the only constraint.
White House
Three championship courses within a mile: Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and La Quinta. Serious golfers book White House six months ahead for this alone – a different course each morning without getting back in the car. A large pool terrace and family layout round it out, with Puerto Banús close for evening dinners. If golf is not on the agenda, you are paying a location premium you will not use.
Villa Los Lobos
Most villas give you a pool and a terrace; Los Lobos adds a cinema room, a games room and an outdoor kitchen, all opening onto the garden – enough to keep everyone occupied on the days the kids will not leave. Views from the open-plan kitchen stretch across the Aloha strip. Three golf courses are a short drive and Puerto Banús is 15 minutes on foot, genuinely walkable for evenings out.
Villa Los Naranjos
Los Naranjos Golf Club is outside the gate and Puerto Banús beach is 10 minutes by car – the golf-or-beach trade-off most Golf Valley villas force, avoided. Five king or queen bedrooms, an infinity pool with La Concha views all afternoon, and a proper gym in a gated development.
At ~€800/night for 10 the per-head cost is honest; the 5-star hotels in Marbella charge similar per room for a fraction of the space. It is a newer listing with fewer long-term reviews than Casa La Concha.
Villa Luz
Pool, jacuzzi, outdoor gym, indoor sauna and an outdoor cinema screen. Villa Luz is for the group that holidays the way they live at home – keep the training routine, recover properly, and still eat dinner under the stars watching a film. It is a 2025 build, so everything is current spec. Eighteen minutes on foot to Los Naranjos Golf, four to Puerto Banús by car.
Villa Ciana
Panoramic views of Las Brisas Golf and La Concha, a heated pool, a gym, and home automation for lights, climate and security. What sets Villa Ciana apart is the fully detached guest house with its own entrance – genuinely rare, and the right call for two couples who want their own space within one property.
Floor-to-ceiling windows pull the golf view inside, and four terrace zones chase the sun through the day. Close to the best beach clubs and the marina.

Renting in Golf Valley: practical tips
Book now for summer 2026 – six-bedroom villas that sleep 12 routinely sell out 6–9 months ahead, and mid-April is already late for the best July and August properties. June and September are the sweet spot: 15–25% cheaper than August with identical weather.
Clarify pool heating before you commit – several villas offer it as an extra at ~€80–200/week, and it matters outside June–September – and factor in the standard ~€300–500 cleaning fee when comparing totals. For longer stays, ask about monthly rates, which fall well below the nightly equivalent. The Marbella luxury villas guide covers the booking process if you are renting for the first time. The map below shows live prices by location for your dates.
