Corrections Policy

Last updated: July 2026

We are a small, independent publisher – not a law firm, tax practice or immigration consultancy. Our relocation, tax and visa content is produced from research, including AI-assisted research, cross-checked against official sources where possible. We get things right most of the time, but rules, rates and deadlines – particularly around Spanish tax and immigration – change, and we can be out of date or simply wrong.

How to report an error

Email support@letsgomalaga.com with the subject line "Correction". Please include:

  • the URL of the article
  • what you believe is wrong
  • a source or link for the correct information, if you have one

What happens next

We review every report. If a correction is needed, we update the article and its "last reviewed" date. For material changes – a figure, deadline or rule that could affect a decision someone makes – we also add a visible note in the article itself, not just a silent edit.

This policy does not replace professional advice. See our Terms & Conditions for the full disclaimer on relocation, tax and legal content.
